We have every confidence in the quality of our products. And all our products come with a minimum manufactures warranty of 1 year.
However in the unlikely event that you do decide that you need to return goods you will need to obtain a Returns Authorisation Number. Please contact our customer service team on customercare@escanshop.com with the following information:
- Your product serial number
- Your order number
- Fault with item
If you require a
- Replacement, Repair or Credit.
Once you have received a Returns Authorisation Number, return the product in it’s original packaging to:

Please ensure that the returned product is clearly marked with the Returns Authorisation Number. Goods returned without a valid Returns Number will not be processed.
If your order arrives either damaged or incomplete contact the customer care department within 5 working days.
PLEASE NOTE:
Goods being returned where no fault is found will incur a handling charge of 20% of the invoice value.
Goods returned for credit must be in a saleable condition and complete with all manuals, components and undamaged original packaging, any software seals (if applicable) must not have been broken. Damaged or incomplete goods shall not be credited.
Goods being returned due to a mistake on the part of the buyer will incur a handling charge of 20% of the credit value. The amount will be deducted from the value of the credit note.
Cancellation Policy
Orders cancelled prior to despatch will not incur any restocking charges.
However, should an order be cancelled after despatch e-ScanShop reserves the right make a handling and restocking charge of 20%
